Remarketing is the process where ads are shown to a specific person particularly about a product or a service he last visited through a website or a mobile app. The user receives these ads wherever he browses on the internet constantly reminding him of the incomplete purchase of a product or service.

The way remarketing works is that a cookie is placed on your website visitors’ device when they fit the conditions. Now their cookie ID is added to the remarketing list and hence, the ads are displayed as a reminder. In a campaign, there can be multiple lists with a range of various conditions.
